Build Confidence

Feeling good about yourself starts with boosting your self-esteem. Self-confidence is the balance between what we believe and what we strive for. Once you achieve what it is you believe you can and should; your confidence levels get a boost. You have successfully validated your beliefs and achieved a goal you set. Confidence plays a role in how you perform at work and how your perform in athletics. 

Boost Your Mood

Exercise has been shown to improve your mood and decrease feelings of depression, anxiety, and stress. It can also increase brain sensitivity to the hormone's serotonin and norepinephrine, which relieve feelings of depression. Furthermore, exercise can increase the production of endorphins, which are known to help produce positive feelings and reduce the perception of pain. Exercise can reduce stress which in turn can also boost your mood. 

Increase Energy Levels

Exertion through exercise causes the body to produce more mitochondria inside your muscle cells. Mitochondria are known as the powerhouses of cells, because they create fuel food you eat and air you breathe. Having more of them increases your body’s energy supply.
