The Program
The Program is a comprehensive block periodization model tailored to each athlete’s unique needs and goals for peak performance in their sport. It adapts over time to match the demands of their competitive season, addressing strength, conditioning, agility, and skill development. Along with an overview of mental skills and a focus on overcoming mental obstacles during competitive play.
What level of commitment will elevate your performance?
Choose your path to peak performance: build steady Momentum, stay Driven with balanced progress, or go all-in with Peak Performance for elite results!
1 day/week – Weekly in-person or virtual session focused on strength, conditioning, or skill work. This level represents the athlete who is maintaining momentum or getting started, giving them a solid weekly check-in to sustain their progress.
2 days/week – Hybrid training options, with a blend of online and in-person sessions covering strength, agility, and conditioning. For athletes looking to push their boundaries with a mix of rest and challenge, this package implies consistent commitment and steady improvement.
4 days/week – Intensive, high-frequency sessions designed to improve power, speed, and overall performance, including both hybrid and in-person sessions. This highest-level package is designed for those who want to push their limits, maximize results, and commit fully to reaching their peak potential.
