MoreThanSport™ is a performance and development camp helping athletes build strength, confidence, and mindset through purpose-driven training. The camp is a 6-week training experience designed for middle school, high school, and junior college athletes who want more than just workouts. This program goes beyond traditional sports camps by developing the athlete as a whole. Physically, mentally, and personally.

Athletes train 4 days per week, combining structured performance training in the weight room with classroom-based mental skills development. Every session has purpose. Every week builds on the last.

This is not just about getting stronger or faster. It’s about learning how to train, how to think, how to prepare, and how to carry those habits into competition and everyday life.

Designed for families seeking structured, purpose-driven development for their student athlete.

The Program

Performance Training (Weight Room)

Movement
Strength, Power, Speed

Performance days focus on building a strong, athletic foundation through:

- Proper lifting technique and movement mechanics

- Strength development

- Speed, power, and coordination

- Injury awareness and safe training habits

- Body control, balance, and confidence under load

Athletes learn how to train, not just what to do. Emphasis is placed on building a foundation that produces real results that translate to improvement in your sport. 

Mental Skills & Classroom Sessions

Personal Development

Classroom days focus on the mental side of performance and life as an athlete. Topics include:

- Confidence and self-awareness

- Focus and concentration

- Goal setting and accountability

- Handling pressure and adversity

- Mindset, attitude, and leadership

- Understanding your “why” as an athlete

These sessions are interactive and practical. Athletes are encouraged to reflect, ask questions, and develop tools they can apply immediately to their sport, school, and daily routine.

You will learn what it means to be apart of something bigger than you and show up for others as well as yourself. The habits built here carry over into competition, the classroom, and life beyond sports.

Athletes must apply to ensure the program is the right fit.

Middle School, High School, and Junior College athletes are encouraged to apply. Once your application is reviewed, accepted athletes will be contacted with next steps and enrollment details.
