This thirty minute consultation gives you a clear understanding of how I train, what you can expect, and how we can work together to reach your goals. We will talk about your training history, current routine, lifestyle, and the results you want to achieve. I will walk you through my coaching style, the structure of my programs, and how I design workouts that match your body and your goals. This session gives you answers, clarity, and a full breakdown of what your fitness journey would look like with me. Whether you are brand new, getting back into shape, or ready to elevate your performance, this consultation sets the tone for your next steps. Clients should book this because it is a relaxed conversation that helps you feel confident, supported, and prepared before starting any training program.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your consultation, please contact me at least twenty four hours in advance. This helps me respect everyone’s time and offer your spot to another client if needed. Cancellations made within twenty four hours may result in forfeiting the session or a cancellation fee depending on your pricing plan. If you need help or have questions, feel free to reach out and I will gladly assist you.
